I am seriously considering it, I have never played an mmo before, but this one has me intrigued.

I have a very terrible internet connection and am not sure how it would work with the crappy service I have.

edit: does anyone know what min internet speeds would be required to play this without issues?

I purchased this game and have to say I am completely svcked in, It has lived up to expectations and it is very good.

I have never played an mmo before so I did not know what I was getting myself into, once I entered the "game world" I was a little overwhelmed by all the players at first, but then I began doing my superhero thing and kicking a**.

I have been soloing so far without too much of a crew... so far the story is good... for what it is, the controls are tight, the game looks really good. I definitely would recommend this to any comic fan, or gamer that wants to try something in this genre.

I do not believe they offer a free trial... there is something called a buddy code, which is a code you get when the game is purchased that you can give to someone and they get a 10 day trial, at least I think that is what it is.

I've seen Beta coverage from TotalBiscuit, what I saw looked very interesting but I'm holding off. Either untill a free trial becomes available or if someone else I know starts playing, I'm already heavily invested in WoW and that's what all my friends play. DCUO looks very fun though, so I might give it a shot soon.

The game looked sick. I doubt I'll get it though. I don't like paying monthly fees.

It has been great, I never payed any monthly fee for gaming before, and never thought I would... but this one I will, at least for now.

I'm definitely pretty interested in it, but I'm going to hold off until a trial comes out for it. I've found that's it's not typically a good idea to become an early adopter with new MMOs.

The character creator and the plot padding all looks awesome, but from what I've seen of the gameplay, I'm wholly unimpressed.

I've fun with this game. Especially since it's an MMO with less of the tired old mechanics we've seen since EQ2 and especially WoW. More of a Prototype/inFamous feel to it. Very nice. Also, no ten or so quick buttons, just eight for special abilities and the rest via combos. Plays really well.

The game really lacks RP servers, though. Especially strange since Sony has been pretty good at that until now. Maybe they'll add them. And quests are the usual MMO stuff, hard to do anything else I'd say.
