Unknown "Active Effects"

So I was looking through my active effects and noticed a effect I shouldn't have. It's called "Lesser Magic Resistance +10 Resist Magic" I've taken off all my gear and it's still there. I don't remember doing a quest that gives this. Is it a bug or did I get it from a quest? If it is from a quest witch one?

Did you take a perk in the Alteration tree named Magic Resistance?
