Anyone know where to find it with exact details?

Took me awhile to find this one too. It is on a table in some Falmer huts just before the last wayshrine. If you go though the glacial crevice then when you exit the dungoen there will be some huts. If my memory serves me right its not on these ones but furthere towards the wayshrine.
