As stated on the topic, I've been having this flag issue for a month now. Not able to figure out why it's doing this. I try asking on here, try pulling hints off of multiple google pages based on this issue, move the scripts.rar into the script folder and compile it in every folder I can think of and still:

I don't know what I can do. I can't make quests now because of this.

There is a Scripts.rar archive in your Data folder. It contains both the scripts and the dialogue views folders. Extract them into the Data folder. That's all there is to do.
