I've had two instances where i earned an unlock token (one a weapon unlock, the other a dog tag unlock) and didn't receive it. The first time it happened I had just leveled up and didn't feel like finishing the match as it was late and i wanted to get a new weapon, so i left and went to go use the unlock, but for some reason i didn't get it and still don't have it. The second instance, I was in a match and the host unsuccessfully migrated so i lagged out, but during the match i leveled up my armor skill and should have gotten a dog tag unlock, and just like the weapon token i didn't get it. Has this happened for anyone else?

I have seen this as well, but with dog tag tokens only. One of my live account's (son's really), he hasn't even had one dog tag token awarded and he is well into the multiplayer levels.
