Hi, I'm only level 7 after using the "limited edition promo code" when ever I level up and go to buy a new nano suite feature the ones I have all ready unlocked reset, is this an isolated incident? Anyone else having this problem?

I've noticed if I unlock a suite ability, play a few matches and level up again when I go back t buy a new feature, my current one is equipped but doesn't count any kills I got using it, and it shows it has unlocked on the purchase screen

Same here. I had Retriever rank 3 pro for about a week. Now it's reset back to 0 for NO reason at all.
