I've experienced this on a rare ocassion or two prior to 1.9, but now I'd call it fairly frequent. What I'm talking about is books (skill books or spell books), weapons, & armor that is laid out on a table or shelf that is literally unobtainable -- and when I say literally, I mean literally. You can not loot these items because there's no option to pick them up & nothing (inc. Fus Ro Dah) will move the item.

Anyone else getting this? It's annoying as all hell -- I've lost out on 5 or 6 skill bumps & spells in the last few hours alone.
