http://myanimelist.net/ is a nice way to track of what you are watching/have watched so others can recommend you stuff. Or you take a break from a certain series and not lose your place. It's free to use so it doesn't hurt anything to try out.

MALgraph is always fun for seeing how your scores compare to the average, like how i scored Nandaka Velonica 3 points above the average and SAO six points below.

(this should be taken as a tacit recommendation to watch Nandaka Velonica)

Since I don't rate anything my MALGraph says that all the anime I watched averages at 7.5. Don't know if I have bad taste or the score is good.
