I haven't married in game yet, so I'm not sure how shopkeeper spouses works yet. Normally, you don't barter with followers. You can give them items or take them away freely, and if they have gold in their inventory you can take that freely too. From what I read, if they open a shop, you get 100 gold pieces out of the profits every now and then.

Can anyone else confirm this? Do spouses who become shopkeepers generally barter normally?

Mjoll in role of spouse+follower has 2 different dialogs: 1st for simple exchange, 2nd - for trade. And I have already sold goods to her, and taken money for them. Before all these patches. But not now. Now goods seem to be sold, but money stays the same as mine as hers...

One that I have to admit gave me a laugh, on an Imperial Legion quest (the one where you're raiding a cart with weapons and gold aboard), after being noticed in stealth mode, I shot a Stormcloak soldier with an arrow, killing him, and causing his body to shoot straight up about 15 feet. There were no magical effects, or anything else that would cause his trajectory to bchange to straight up. It just happened.

Bug: If a dragon crashes to the ground from the air outside your cell (very far away from you), then it will look crazy. It will look like if the crashing-ground-path goes straight up in the air. Hard to describe, but really really crazy is the best I can say.

I looked through most of the list on the first page and didn't see this, but sorry if it's there and I just missed it (doubt it).

Bug: The game will not advance to the next day until the player waits.
Might be related to the VSYNC issue, but it isn't the same as the time at which the next day comes is not 12AM. This is the next day being suspended indefinitely unless the player waits.

My apologies if this is listed in the 8 previous pages, did not read all of it.
SPOILERS LISTED FOR DETAIL, DO NOT READ IF YOU DON'T WANT TO KNOW THE STORY

Quest Chain - The Companions - Blood's Honor

After Kodlak gives you the quest to venture into Glenmoril Coven to get a Witch's Head (or optionally wipe the witches out completely) you are instructed to return to Kodlak.
Upon doing so I fast-traveled to Whiterun, heading back towards Jorrvaskr, The Silver Hands have finally attacked, Kodlak is dead....ok, so now what, Vilkas approaches me, tells me that Kodlak will be avenged, then walks away, and won't start the next quest (Purity of Revenge).

I follow him inside to see if maybe I need to talk to him to start it, there is no option to do so, just normal chat options. The issue at hand though is the following, NOBODY inside that room is able to be interacted with outside him. They are all busy and stuck in mourning. If i go outside, the two companions that slayed the guards just seem to be on constant guard against the dead bodies that they gloat over saying they will not be an issue anymore. You would expect them at this point to sheathe said weapons, and walk inside, prepare for whatever events are to come. I haven't tried using console commands to bypass the bug, nor am I willing to as I do not want to possibly glitch something else out, or skip content....trying to lose the werewolf I decided to become but can't even with the 1.2 patch.

What I have tried that works, attacking the people inside Jorrvaskr, it takes them away from their constant mourning, now they try to kill me, won't stand down. That is literally the only way I can get them to interact with me, otherwise they just sit over the bodies of the fallen and do nothing.

This quest bug existed pre-patch, and still exists post-patch.

Like RasterOps, I'm chasing the dragon near Bonestrewn Crest for the Jarl of Windhelm (had previously killed that dragon as a location encounter, so I guess this is a different one). I got stuck with the 1.2 patch, even though I had set the game to not automatically update. I now have issues with a dragon flying backwards. It won't land and it won't die. I can chase it to a point where it just hovers and fireball it until it has no health left, but it won't drop out of the sky. Problem the first, I never had this issue before the 1.2 patch. Problem the second, I thought the 1.2 patch was supposed to fix that.

Edit: Correction. I'm chasing the dragon for Jorleif. He gave me the quest even though Bonestrewn Crest has been cleared previously and I'd already collected the Word of Power from that location. Perhaps this is the root of the issue? On the other hand, the dragon that I'm chasing is just "Dragon" and the one that I killed originally wasn't named, either, so perhaps the game just spawned a second one.

My framerate has been deteriorating lately. Previously running on almost ultra (AA turned off) and having no problems, I am at medium detail right now after 100hrs and playing 2 characters. Not sure if it's the save game folder getting too large, but it may be not connected to how many hours I spent with one character and what level, because my level 6 archer entering upon the same dungeon as my level 45 mage (so, different stages at the game) I have some serious stuttering going on but at a rapid pace. So basically the framerate is at around 40, but panning around in first person view makes my eyes bleed.
Tried 3 different drivers for my card, tried different settings, tried editing/deleting/going with stock ini files, even trying the game on low detail but none seem to solve this. I have to quit the game after 15 min of playing because I feel like i'm gonna get a headache from just looking at the screen in game. My suspicion it's that bloody patch, good thing I saved an original one..I'll try it with that.

Quest Chain - The Companions - Blood's Honor

This is a known issue, caused by clearing Driftshade Refuge before the quest starts. You'll have to head back to Driftshade Refuge to resurrect the Silver Hand leader:

http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Blood%27s_Honor

First entry under 'Bugs' contains the fix.

Edit: Apparently, it's also caused if you have "Find the Helm of Winterhold in Driftshade Refuge" active, even if you haven't cleared the refuge yet.

That list is friggin massive... I'm sorry if these are reported bugs. TL:DR. weapon/shield racks/armor mannequins issues.

Mannequins: randomly are floating in the air or not standing where they are supposed to, different places each time you enter your home. (might have been resolved in patch 1.2)

Shield racks: Specifically Imperial shields wont stay on the shield rack, they just fall to the floor when attempting to place.

Vertical wooden weapon racks: Some weapons when placed appear upside down. Staves in particular, some great swords as well.

Unique item 'Ebony Blade': Won't stay on the racks. It is placed normally but once you leave and return to your home its on the floor.

Not sure if it was posted yet, but my bookshelves have stopped working after I put some books on it. If I try to access it again by either taking or putting more books on the shelf it bugs out completly.

It is very annoying since one of the things that I like to do is collect books. I basically have bought all the houses and use all the bookshelves to contain my collection which on occasion I like to read the books but now after my two entry.

The books are not accesable and the shelf is not accessable either.

Got a few bugs, at least a couple of them isn't noted on your list.

General:
- I killed the dragon that attacked me outside Markath. It was acting very weird and flying backwards, landing far up in the mountains and so on. However, the new thing is that after I killed him, he's still flying around up there. Ofcourse no dragon soul, or loot to be had. He acts like he's alive, but I am quite certain I've killed him.
- A lot of dragons are flying very unnatural, and are very busy killing off the wildlife nearby instead of me. This after patch 1.2. (I know it stood there, but wanna add one more voice to that bug)
- Unnatural speaking-options. It appear I have been witness to conversations I have never seen, some of these conversations happend in places I have never been. An example: I walked into Dragon Bridge the other day. Never been there, never been closeby, never been in the general area. There is one guy visible on the streets when I walk into town, a guy that sits nearby the mill (at the left immidiatly after the bridge). I walked up to him, and started chatting. I had the option to ask about his shrew of a wife. I have never seen his wife, never heard about her, and certainly not witnessed any conversations between him and his wife. Still, I could ask as if I knew who she was, and that I knew she was a b****.
- Performance-loss after patch 1.2. Have been playing on high about 90 hours, no lag except in Markath. Now suddenly I may get lag anywhere.
- Lag in Markath. It may be that Markath is a very demanding city compared to the rest, but it's still weird. The only place I have lagged (before patch 1.2)
- A very annoying thing for me: Places I KNOW I've cleared doesn't come up as cleared. Sometimes they show as cleared a long time after I've cleared them, sometimes they never show as cleared.

Houses:
- My house in Solitude have ripped me off on the weapon-stack with 5 slots. It says and show 5 slots, but I can only place 3.
- Red Eagle Fury won't get into any weapon-slot. It just falls on the floor.

Quest-related:
- Red Eagle Fury: Have done the quest twice. Pretty sure that's shouldn't be possible. And on the most I actually have had 3 swords in my inventory.
- Blood on the Ice: Yes, it prematurely ended after I imprisoned the mage. However, I read the another murder was supposed to happen if I imprisoned the mage without talking to him first. This murder never happend, yet a few days after I could talk to the mage and say "another murder happend". Again, as my point above, I never saw any murder. It appears that my character was more observant than me, quite impressive considering she wasn't in Windhelm once between the imprisonment and the talking to the mage. And then I should patrol the stone quarter the following night. However, I went over there to sell some stuff to my fence, and there the real killer was, attempting to murder his next victim. In the middle of the day, with a lot of people around. I hit him, and he ran. Into the Alchemystore. I am pretty sure he is supposed to run to Hjerim.
- A lot of bounty-quests is possible to take several times.

Mjoll in role of spouse+follower has 2 different dialogs: 1st for simple exchange, 2nd - for sale. And I have already sold goods to her, and taken money for them. Before all these patches. But not now. Now goods seem to be sold, but money stays the same as mine as hers...

I have tested this bug a little more. The results are:

- If I sell my goods to Mjoll, my money is NOT increasing, Mjoll's money is NOT decreasing
- If I buy Mjoll's goods, my money IS decreasing, Mjoll's money is NOT increasing
- If I take Mjoll's money from her inventory, my money is NOT!! increasing, Mjoll's money becomes 0

Here we go.

Also, is there indication from devs that the dragons circling overhead, not attacking, is a bug? I know the patch notes say 'fixed rare issue ...' But that could be referring to one specific issue preventing a dragon attack when one is supposed to occur. I always looked at the circling dragons as part of their behavior -- sometimes they just circle overhead, roaring, trying to frighten everything, then flying off.
It's mentioned on there website as a problem..

I've been experiencing annoying issues with UI textures and object textures as well. Aside from texture issues, I have really bad performance in most areas now, whereas prior to 1.2 I was able to run Ultra settings perfectly capably. Also, I have severe mouse lag on the map, and inventory menus, but not the Esc menus. I am running without any mods installed, as I have removed them in hopes it was a new compatibility issue; I have re-installed twice now, but the same issues remain, no matter even if I start a new game. This is a link to images depicting my texture issue: http://imgur.com/ppgoc,pyhta,xVf6j,FjLMh#0.

* "Return to Your Roots" - Removing all Crimson Nirnroots from your inventory deducts only one from the quest counter, though retrieving them all adds the number of Nirnroots to the counter. In this way, the 'Collect 30 Crimson Nirnroots' phase can be completed with as few as 2 of the Nirnroots collected
It acts completely different for me.

If I place any number of crimson nirnroots into any container, the counter is decreased by 2. If I then pick them back up, the counter is increased by 1 - even if the dropped amount was much more.
Basically, you can decrease the counter into the minus infinity. http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/596955603769618492/EA10C3BC066CDB2E73666EA594ED6973937973DA/.

Though, dropping nirnroots on the grounds seems fine for me.

Also, sometimes when you re-enter Blackreach, the weather can become http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/596955603769513073/5DBAB2F8486F0D72E2A18DA78D4D7F28D20188A4/ there.

I just ran into a non hostile dragon twice. The first one circled for about 2 minutes then flew away over the mountains. The second one on a different game flies in circles doing nothing else. Nether one is showing on the compass as a hostile dot. I know this is a big game but seriously? I thought this was fixed. ...
I wouldn't say that it's a bug. Dragons flying around, showing themselves, why not? Psychological war!

It's not a bug - well, according to the strategy guide anyhow. It's listed as one of the random encounters, sometimes a dragon will do a fly by, and unless you actively provoke it by hitting it with arrows/spells then it won't attack.

Since the latest patch my framerate has gone to the dogs and I'm experiencing UI glitches, where it doesn't always select whatever I'm clicking on. However, the most noticable bug/glitch is the bookshelf one. Bookshelves now calculates the number of books stored incorrectly and I can no longer activate the bookshelves. It's not a showstopper bug, but it gets annoying.

If it's in the Strategy Guide, I'm inclined to pass it off as intended. It seems like it's intended, as opposed to twitching, backwards-flying dragons that don't land.

Can anyone point to a mention on the Bethesda site of all dragon flyovers being problematic?
