The Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch has been created for Fallout 3 v1.1 (English) and should not be used with any other Fallout 3 versions

If I patch the game to 1.7 then the UF3 Patch can not be used correct? I may have just answered my own question but I just want to make sure. And because I'm running win7 x 64 and read a posted comment from someone else on the Fallout 3 Nexus that ran in to problems when they installed the UF3 Patch.
As I do have it and the version of the Patch is 1.2.0.0 I was going to install it, but it looks like I can't?
