Can I use paypal to transfer money straight from my card? Or do I have to put the money on paypal first?

Yeah you can. Just select the "don't have paypal" option.

Right, well it's midnight and we found ourselves once more! Time to get working into the night (the schedule was already tight but now there are 4 fewer hours!)

Yes, 4 hours spent wandering around a corrupted map. Yays!

We shall endeavour to be up and running to coincide with the Friday update though.

I should be able to play this weekend. (Since that is the only time I am able to.)

The new map sounds interesting.

Could we have it that outlaws can only wear leather armour while agents wear steel armour? To show who's who. Also of course farmers and peasants wont wear anything. I cant wait till notch adds a combat system.

Oh oh I know! We're going to play Dwarf Fortress in Minecraft! I am the Mayor and I mandate the production of 3 golden socks before the end of the week! Failing to fulfill this mandate results in the responsible dwarf undergoing corporal punishment by the Fortress Hammer Dwarf, Saurok. Justice shall not be swift, it shall be very, very slow!

Also when constructing my legendary engraved bedroom, please do not place it above a magma pool with a floor made of hatches connected to a lever. Thank you. Now if you'll excuse me, right now I need to act important and do nothing useful elsewhere.

The problem with armor is that it breaks rather easily. Even just falling damage can break armor pretty quickly. A different option would be to use certain skins.

GAH!!

Last night I spent almost 3 hours exploring a huge cave I found. For the first time EVER I found redstone, gold, and diamond. I was just about to turn around and store all my winnings when I heard about 10 zombies nearby in a different room. Curiosity got the better of me so I went to go check it out, and I tunneled into the wall and then tunneled up in an effort to get into that room. Then, when I dug out a block directly above me, and zombie fell on top of me and killed me instantly :sadvaultboy:

If you think that's bad... I accidently burned down my wooden house yesterday that I'd been building since I got the game :D

I am currently replacing my cobblestone castle walls with blocks of stone (smelting the cobblestone down). Looks much more visually pleasing, I will be leaving my floors as cobblestone though. Also, going to be digging out a large flat cavern at some point, to be used as a tree farm. I currently use the areas around my castle for planting and harvesting trees, but I have big plans for those areas in the future so that won't always be possible. Going to tap into the ocean near my place to create a small river in that farm too, that could be dangerous work though, will need careful planning for that to succeed.

The plan eventually for that castle is to make it entirely self-sufficient, though to do this I'd need the ability to raise livestock and I don't think that is possible, or ever will be. But other than that, completely self-sufficient.

Livestock will randomly spawn on grass, so if you get greass underground you can live off the random spawns. Also they could all be replaced, with stuff underground. Whool can be made with string, bacon with bread and leather armour with steel (which is much better too).

Build a large fence pen outside on the grass. Animals will spawn in them and become stuck. Make a door to get into the fence because you can't jump over the fence without a block. Then you can "raise" livestock.

It is better to make a farm though as plants produce wheat, which makes bread, which heals more than bacon.... i think.

You can build a farm underground that gives you wheat which you can then make bread with, which means you no longer have to kill pigs. Also you can make armour with steel, making leather armour pretty much useless. Zombies drop feathers too so you can go on without killing chickens. So eventually you can replace everything you need from livestock, allowing you to never walk under the Sun again.

anyone know how I could SAFELY uninstall a texture pack I downloaded? It was this one http://www.minecraftforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=25&t=25676 and while it's nice I actually had grown into minecraft's original textures and would like them back :)

Contain your excitement just a little longer, because the new server is almost ready to go. We'll be coming at you around midnight BST (45 minutes!) with the grand opening. Get your engines started, because you'll want to gain a competitive advantage!

Yay!

Bad thing is that it is about 01:20 here if I don't get some sleep soon my sleep rhythm will be [censored]. Well it is weekend, I just might see what the new server offers.
Do I need to download proper skin for this one?
