WHY HAS NO ONE BEEN ON MINECRAFT TODAY?

Schoolwork and soon I will hit the bars. Don't think I can play minecraft until thursday due to school.

Cool city Exorince, reminds me of some elven cities from various fantasy.

What texture pack are you using? Those textures look really nice.

I'm using Emperor's Texture Pack, you can find it on the Minecraft forums.

Next step is to turn it into a real building, right now it's just an empty shell but I'm working on an entrance and some windows and other things.

Actually it's not single player, it's all on my server

The entire city was created by me and a couple of my friends.

I actually don't have that much free time, I'm just obsessively organized and somehow I've created time for Minecraft

Ever-burning blocks, scary creatures, hell dimension with a means for us to fast travel across the normal world... And building obsidian based portals and setting them on fire to get there! :ahhh:

Will be very useful for building far away hideouts that are still easily accessible.

The only thing I like about the Halloween update is that now we can have eternal fire

There are blocks in hell that burn forever, so just mine some of those, bring them back to the surface and light a fire on them

I wonder though, if Notch is not implementing damage in multiplayer now (Haven't heard anything) then Hell is a bit of a joke in that mode.

When damage it in, it should be fun to charge into the portal Oblivion Gate with a few friends to slaughter some monsters.

Dammit.
I'm trying to play Minecraft in my browser to test if it works, but it keeps crashing at 3/8ths of the way through the "eroding" progress bar.
Edit: crashes immediately when I try to join a MP server as well.

.. Oh my god.. Can I get a Oblivion Invasion, anyone?

I don't know if the creatures will be able to go through the portal as well, but that would be pretty awesome.

Edit: Actually, HELL NO. Those things breath fire. Even though Notch is going to fix fire so that it can be put out easily, that's just too much of a risk.

Then again you'd have to be pretty stupid to build a portal to a world of fire breathing creatures in the middle of a forest. Of course, there's griefers... :rolleyes:

I installed a texture pack + the HD texture pack and Minecraft looks AWESOME.

However, it seems I can't play online now...unless the server has gone down?
