We already have small arena, which is capable to handle player versus creatures matches as well.

Anyone got the Minecraft.jar working in Linux (specifically, I'm using a rather outdated Mint 9, which I'm installing all updates for just now)? I can get on in the browser, but I'd rather get the launcher working. It was too painful playing on XP.

EDIT: Turns out running it in the browser isn't the stablest of things... Must... Get... Launcher... Working...

EDIT: I have no idea what happened there, I think I accidentally went into Icelandic-mode for a minute. Damn it's hard to be chatting in 3 different languages at the same time (English on the forums, Icelandic & Swedish on msn) :facepalm:

What I was trying to say... is that Notch said on twitter that he'd release it just before the 31st. aaand the timezone for ikea-land is UTC/GMT +2 hours

Health and other fancy features for multiplayer are coming with the beta release. This is not the beta release.

Yep, redstone appears to be working better in SMP now

Right - I've tried to update the server, and I need to know if anyone can join. Right now it isn't working.
