Right - I've tried to update the server, and I need to know if anyone can join. Right now it isn't working.

I can't login to minecraft at all =/

Wamp or Bone: Make TNT work again.

This. I honestly don't think we need to worry about griefers... I mean, it would have to be one hell of a griefer to get on our server.

Edit: The Biomes are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!

The grass looks a bit deader now, I presume for a Fall feeling.

And won't we need fire enabled on the server to get into hell?

Sure, I'll re-enable TNT. For now we need to get the server to work - I'm going to wait until tomorrow to see what fixes emerge as it's pretty broken now.

Every few minutes it will run into over a million cpu usage. So I guess I have to wait. Lame. -_- Let his be a lesson children, don't [censored] rush to get finished.

I doubt it. It sounds like it's not a problem with our server, but the way the update affected all the servers. Should just require a fix by Notch.

Well, this was a pretty good time to join, considering our multiplayer server's down for now. This means you'll get a chance to try out single player and get used to the game before multiplayer pulls you in and never lets go.

I just found out something really useful, Ghasts cant destroy regular cobblestone. So I just built a samll cobblestone home around my gate.

I got the Halloween update. It's a very nice change to be able to download MC patches quickly on a capped (~3KB/S) connection. Anyway, is anyone else getting wierd frame issues? I generally run the game at a few hundred FPS but after the update the frame jumps a little, with the same FPS as before the update. The sunsets really are beautiful.

My plan is to build the big fort first, as a major safe haven for us, and then start building bridges and towers that lead up to other gateways. A secure way to CONQUER HELL!
