How do I get in? With my 1.5 client it says "end of stream" and with my 1.31 client it says "out dated client".

You need a 1.4 client.

Thats it! We need to get Vivec completely finished so that we can show it off. We can use world edit to make the water mass bigger so that all of the cantons can fit. We will also need another silt strider as well as boatmen.

(I'm not above spawning materials for this...)

I'll be on tomorrow morning. Tonight is CoD night with all of my friends. See you guys later!

No spawning. No one thought we could even make one canton without spawning, and we did. We can finish the rest legitimately.

Not really. When you vouch for one of your friends to be added to the server, what they do is your responsibility. It keeps people from vouching for random people who aren't responsible enough to play on our server.

Let me just say that I'm very sorry about what happened with Tom and I had no idea that he'd do that. While I was there with Tom close to the time I had no idea what happened until Jedi messaged me about it later... I'd already /spawned and left Tom to his own devices before it happened. But your punishment is fair enough, cleary all my friends are incapable of playing nicely.

Oh, and sorry about the lamp. :/

So, we still need at least 2 more people before we can start the Grand Opening Tournament for the colosseum on the server.

Just to clarify, the only time you'll be obligated to fight is during the tournament. After that, you choose when you want to fight by challenging someone from the opposite team in order to advance in rank (and probably for septims later on).

Didn't think i'd ever rage-quit minecraft...well I did.

A stupid mistake left me burning in a pit of lava that I was trying to patch up. I had four diamond tools of each type on me along with 35 diamonds.

snip

Same here.

I have a question for you guys. See here at my home I don't have fast enough internet for multiplayer and single player is pretty boring by myself, but during Summer break (last week of May through July) I spend alot of time at my grandparent's when not working. So I was wondering if you guys wouldn't mind me joining you during this time period and any other time I'm able.

I completely understand if you don't want to take the "chance" of someone joining temporarily.

Thanks for any and all replies.

That should be fine. We generally let everybody in now that there's no threat of griefing.

For the record, no communication within minecraft took place between you and the griefer. He did send a rather creeper mail to you. No evidence that would give you any blame.

Well, 'twas a slightly less productive round than last time for me, but I still feel good about my cart-ful contribution. Perhaps at some point it will go around the whole future loop. And yeah, I used a ton o' ingots. But once I took a stroll over to the temple district (PS - why there, of all places? ), I didn't exactly feel so bad about it anymore. It wasn't until just now prior to finishing that I actually took the time to explore - there's some interesting stuff further afield. One thing I find really funny... We praise the map seed for giving sweet cliffs and valleys, and where do we develop? Flat lands and open seas.

Anyway, here's the file... http://www.4shared.com/file/sgF4Iiia/R2_Session_4.html mrcrazy_monkey, you're up next ;)

Mine that iron. :stare:

Speaking of iron. I can't believe how easy and efficient it is to build self powered railways now. I've managed to connect 4 of my 10 bases. Sadly the last two exist over a massive ocean, so I'm gonna have to extensively rebuild my harbor front to incorporate a track path.

I want to show pics soon! Perhaps later this weekend.

We've just finished connecting our two cities together with an almost 4000 long track. Once we have 1.5 ready i'll add the powered tracks in and must add fences to stop those pesky mobs ruining our speed.

Right by the South Gate in the City.

No that's a different place. This one is in Aulis, and is already fully automated. And it plays a generic disco beat instead of the Morrowind theme. :P

Well, the pyramid is close to the branch mine, and the temple is near that, and due north from the tower. There's a fishing dock and skelly farm in the other direction, if you take a right turn instead of going thru the first Nether gate. It looks like Ant wants to eventually connect all these things and make a loop - in the Nether too, it seems.

My next turn will probably be a humble one... I think I'll settle down and build a nice-looking house in our little settlement, and perhaps mine to make up what I depleted this turn.

PS: "Elfen Lied" is a fantastic seed. I just started a new map using it. Go to x=25, z=18 for the magic - a wide valley with tall overhang mountains, waterfalls and lavafalls. Beautiful.
