Don't you realise it's humongous compared to everyone elses?

Yeah it's about 1.8 times the size of Wampbit's, Bonemaster's and Gamemaster's areas. And since it's for TWO people I think that's reasonable.

We've also started building.

Okay after a lot of time following this thread I decided I want to join now that there's a new map, I've been playing Minecraft for months and I will post some pics of my and my friend's creations we did on our private server that he hosts.

My nick in game is Volpper, just to make sure Volpper with two P's :P

Now about territories, I really want B7 but how do I get there without going completely lost?

Thanks in advance :)

You'll spawn in cell E5. Type /compass in the chat and you'll get your compass bearing. Head North (North is left on the map, for some reason) until you cross the lake and Tel Undonia (nothing built there yet). Once you're back on land, head West until you find the snow.

Povu and I's land mass isn't that big. So you gotta scale back a bit.

Your combined area is less than Bonemaster's...

That clearly is you talking about yours...

Bonemaster, Wampbit and Gamemaster all have bigger areas than you. I am sharing my area with pau1. It is fair that we have a combined area of appx. 1.8 times the area of a single person.

Dude, your land mass is bigger than each of the mods' claimed land. Not only that, but they've already said we all get no more than about a grid each, and at least less than the size of Wampbit's area. Just shrink your claimed land to less than the size of Wampit's and you'll be fine.

I can actually see the curve from B2 to A8 getting developed rather nicely. I think TeeHee could find the terrain in B3 rather endearing. B5 can remain a forest, and the gaps can be filled with Hla Oad type towns :P

Yes, there are two of us claiming this land... That's just over a grid. It's fine.

I personally don't see any problem with this.

You shall have to ask him then... or kill him for it :P

And the land distribution is per person - sorry if that was not clear. As a result LB's land is now about right.

[edit] Also as I've said before, feel free to claim over people, I will combine the map along with a new cartograph tomorrow, I suspect we will have to expand a bit though. At this point I will state all land disputes and leave you to solve them. I will also scale down all land claims that are too large to an area either central around a feature you specified or central around the square you occupy to the largest degree.

Hmm, good to know. Looks like Suffca and Povuholo have some expanding to do...

@Saurok:

I was encircling our area (the mountain + an area around it) with torches....when I fell and lost all my torches. I'll continue the encircling tomorrow, however if you're on before me complete the encircling yourself. You can see my pattern of torches (starting from the area behind our safehouse, but on the ground not on the mountain).

I marked out Tel Undonia with our Telvanni project in mind, so feel free to join me over there!

Alright, that's closer. ^_^

I'd like to claim D4, hopefully Gray Death Legion will allow me to build Castle Town from Ocarina of Time in peace there. :spotted owl:

Thinking of actually doing the entire OOT game in that square (depends on the scale of this grid)

Does anyone know how large each square is?

Yeah we can probably expand it a bit to the left, to cover the sandy part that's sticking out there.

There's a basic piece of a wall in the area map now (I keep running out of stone. :P), and a small strip of dirt where wheat grows. And there are lights in the different corners of the area.

I'm probably going to wait until things are more stable before I start really building. 5 times now I've had to restart because I've died due to lag-issues and lost all my equipment. :stare:

You guys should really expand to take over the whole tile. I mean, there's two of you, so you're technically allowed two tiles. No reason to limit yourself to such a small area.

Well, my claim is walled in. Took an absurd amount of time and cobble. Anyone wanting to make a small house in there for storage feel free to.

Where is it? I cant seem to find it on any maps?

I am, of course.

You need to visit the location, build something on it and then mark the outlines of the territory you are claiming.

Can we do this when there is less lag please?
