Void spelunking unfortunately takes a big toll on your tools... By the way Robbio I finished the road between our territories. Though once I have more cobble to spare I want to make the road more of a tunnel, because traveling on the road at night is still pretty dangerous.

I'd like to abandon my current claim and make a new claim on the lake and the crescent-shaped island separating the lake from the rest of the ocean in the lower left half of square 8, if that's alright with everyone.

It's been really slow trying to log onto the server today and now I can't log in at all. I keep getting disconnected because it took to long to log in.

So I was generating new worlds, just seeing what I would get, when I generated what seemed to be a snow world from the days of yore. I hit F5 for no particular reason and saw that my character was wearing a red and white gilded cape with a picture of a Christmas tree on it.

Anyone have this happen the them?

Notch did say there was something secret added by beta though, so you may have just found it.

Edit: Well, as a matter of fact, I just generated a new world and spawned wearing the same cape, and it wasn't even a snow world. In fact, I'm wearing it in SMP as well.

So...Can I have my little lake above my place (New Milan) with the little island back? It was taken from me in a redrawing. If it makes my land too big, i really dont see how its any bigger than a lot of the other places some individuals have.

Do you want just the little island, or the entire lake? Because that lake is definitely not little, at least on the map anyway. Post a picture of the map with your boundary covering exactly what you want to claim.

So is our Minecraft server always this empty these days?
