Has Notch said anything about when skins should be enabled again?

I assume when they finish migrating the server files. As for when that will happen I dunno. they paused it today so they could sleep. Which I know they deserve but it just seems very unprofessional when your game requires players to log in in order to play on a server, so they pause it creating an elongation of the migration period that is artificial. Leaving hundreds of thousands of people not able to connect to their servers. Ingenious I say.
