There should really be a rule that states that the person that invites people has to have been a server member for at least a month.

Yes but as long as the member is trustworthy, I don't see what the problem is.

That's the point though. You can't know if a member is trustworthy until they've been there for a certain amount of time without incident.

But of course they can prove it in other ways.

Being a forum member for a long time doesn't equal everyone trusting you in Minecraft.

Now I'm not saying that you are untrustworthy, I am simply trying to make a point about how most of the new members we are getting lately have been invited by new members themselves.

Ya I know what you're saying, don't worry I'm not gonna take offense to it :P

If you don't consider me trustworthy yet that's fine, I've only been in the server for um, I don't remember... a week or two.

I might suggest to my friend he show off some of his single player stuff and be more active to fill that requirement as well.

this is my castle that i built on the water, the side towers are for farming, one for wheat the other for animals, although the animal doesn't work cause it is too close to the center which is where i spend most of my time.

and in that small house the gate to the nether resides

ok so i am using the image references wrong but the links work

We have been talking and we think that it may be best that all work is stopped on the residential "district" outside of the admin area gates, the reason being that there is no structure, no order, at all. All of the houses that are currently there are in random positions and are a jumbled mess. The main question is if we will demolish the current structures or leave them be.

Now this isn't completely decided yet, mostly because we wanted to ask you, the community (Or more specifically the people that have built things there already), if you are in support of having a more structured residential district instead of this random bunch of houses that we currently have

I believe it would be best if we started over. Building roads and pre-setting allotments first would be best in order to ensure a measure of order. Also, material restrictions should be enacted, such as no obsidian for outside walls etc.

I would prefer a more structured format but um can you mods get a magic block breaking stick? Cause my house is gonna take at least half an hour to tear down with my diamond pick
