Beds... great, now I have to break up all those wool and wood beds I made... they'll be more expensive to make to. but thats the cost of CHOOSING YOUR OWN SPAWN POINT. *gleefully rubs palms together*

The graphics look old on purpose, for a retro feel. I don't know about system requirements exactly, but they're pretty low. I'd imagine it'd only begin to get taxing on your PC if you explore too much of the game world (land is randomly generated as you explore), but that's still not likely to make it lag much.

It's not very graphically intensive, but if you have a high render distance and travel around a lot, it can put a substantial amount of strain on your CPU.

Whats the difference between the beta and the full game?

EDIT: I've not got a gaming PC just a Notebook Laptop to play it on.

If you buy beta, you get all updates leading up to the full game, plus the full game, for free.

Basically they're still just adding stuff and bugfixing. Single player is already stable for the most part, though.

I'd wait a bit longer to make sure your laptop can run the game, but if it can, and that's the only thing holding you back, I say don't hesitate, just buy it. It's not even a finished product and it's easily one of my top 5 favorite games of all time.

I used to have it but it was lost when I reformatted my system, sorry mate.

I hadnt bothered downloading it again as I havent been able to get Minecraft to install.

And Nukl, I spotted your new Pimp House a small ways northwest of my region. You need more fancy decorations! Ladies don't like houses made out of dirt, even if they have a cool waterfall!

What's with the new names? I don't remember anybody saying that there would be new names, or at least not until they were decided.

Whatever was done to the server seems to have broke a few commands and given others. I can spawn mobs and use a few other admin commands, but I can't use /tp anymore.
