Please post your loadorder, because without that there isn't much help you can get except for UOP, UOMP, USIP. Anyway, here you go this http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/43825 should solve your issue.

Wrye Bash is the only way you're going to get that fixed properly. Other "fix" mods for the issue aren't really that helpful.

You may be wondering why the name was changed. Something I thought was long overdue for better searching results, plus it's a more accurate name in the end. All of the download links that needed it have been updated to reflect this so there should be no problems with obtaining the files.
