[RELZ] Unofficial Oblivion Patch 3.2.0 thru 3.2.9 HOTFIXES ,

I don't really want to do that without knowing why. Especially since it'll play hell with people using body mod textures.

Since UOP should be installed first, it shouldn't be a problem.

But I can see your point, it might cause more problems than it solves (if it even solves anything) :)

@ Arthmoor
Thanks for your answers. I lost track of topics and just forgot to respond.
It's good to know about the bound radius thing, just thought it was odd.

Arthmoor are you aware of this problem - http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=33514

I dont mean to tread on anyones toes, but it seems like a fix that could be better placed in the supplement if Octavious would be happy collaborating/credited.

Oh. Well that svcks. Pays to watch where you're dropping files because all I did was forget to put them in the right folders. They obviously won't work where I have them.

Hi all, there's a potential problem reguarding Laythe Wavrick. His essential status is turned off at the end of Canvas the Castle, so if you still haven't completed Sins of the Father he could die before you can give him the Honorblade of Chorrol.

A good catch there, I'll toss some conditions in to make sure when one quest ends he doesn't get marked non-essential until the other is also done.

Do you know why the Resist Shock values on the Descendent and Subjacent sigil stones was never fixed? Most of the other values have been fixed, but the values for Resist Shock are only 5% and 10% respectively. Shouldn't they be 15% and 20%? The Shock Damage and Latent Shock Shield values have been fixed already. There's a comment in the wiki that only the damage of the offensive enchantment was fixed, so it sounds like this was a conscious decision. Just seems odd since everything else was fixed and the Resist Shock value is the same as the others for Latent and above. Most people probably don't even notice because you wouldn't normally use the stones as such a low level, but I was thinking of making some low-level armour enchantments...

I'll have to look into that. I'd imagine it wasn't fixed because nobody noticed it before, I doubt it was a deliberate choice to leave one set unfixed when the others all have been.

Are the Hotfixes inclusive? Meaning once I install 3.2.9, I don't need 3.2.8.
I'm aware that 3.2.0 is required regardless of which hotfixes are installed.

Yes, it's all-inclusive. And surely you mean installing 3.2.10 :P

Wow, glad that you guys are still doing this, just updated my install with the recent version. However, something caught my eye in the change log saying that the building meshes are AWLS compatible now? What's that mean exactly? That I can just overwrite the AWLS ones now with the ones included in the hotfix?

Yes, just overwrite the AWLS meshes with the ones in the UOPS.

Awesome, I was unable to use those fixed meshes before because I use AWLS.

So does this mean that if using AWLS as well it is preferable to use these meshes because they have extra fixes that AWLS doesn't have but needs?

Or does it not matter?

The UOP meshes have extra fixes. One in Anvil to close gaps in the side of the Fighters Guild and another for the Mages Guild building in Leyawiin.

If you ever start finding new fixes for the USIP, here's one to add :D http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Shivering:Guide_to_New_Sheoth
Specifically where it says Cutter's Weapons is in Bliss and The Missing Pauldron is in Crucible

The Wandering Scholar - FGC04Scholar

Stage 10 "Azzan has given me a contract to escort Elante of Alinor, a scholar doing research on Daedra. I am to meet her at the entrance to Brittlerock Cave, northeast of Sutch, and protect her while she explores inside."

Should say Anvil instead of Sutch

Ah, good one. Subtle but good. Poor Sutch, cut from the game in the prime of its life.

Indeed, I wish it was included in the game :(

I know the UOP fixed one of the Fighters Guild quests that called Anvil Sutch (FGC10Swamp), but not this one it seems. Odd

It fixes what people catch, and apparently nobody caught that one until now.

Yes, those 3 from Desolate Mine had the same problem as the Bleak Mine guards - a find player action on an AI package with insufficient restrictions on when it should work.

Again, Ancotar only has this at one specific stage of the quest, and only when you're within 1000 units of him. Unless something has altered his AI pack in your game, he should not be capable of doing this once you've spoken to him in Zero Invisibility. The quest doesn't even need to be fully completed.

I just want point this problem of NPC following you after getting out of jail is very common!
After Ancotar I experienced this problem at least two times in the last days and with new setups each time:

1) Rangers from http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=29386 appearing after serving jail:
Reason: I upgraded from version 1.5.1 to version 1.5.2 without making a blank save.

2) Ruslan appearing after serving my jail:
Reason: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Imperial_Corruption malfunctioned at the end, MS26 Quest stagnate to stage 90
I.E. Ruslan and Luronk gro-Glurzog reporeted the crime but Itius Hayn didn't arrest Itius Hayn. I had to travel to Itius Hayn and talk to him, then he decided to arrest Audius.

Gold mine it may be, but they're hard to find anyway. Thanks for that, it'll be in the next update.

If any future bugs to be reported are mentioned at the UESP, passing a link will help because I'm going to tag those that are fixed by the UOPS.
