Arthmoor -- Though from what I've seen, the biggest diffeence in quality is from none to 2x; after that there's not much improvement.
Just a few dialogue filtering errors and small oddities:
-Uurwen's NQDCheydinhal greeting is checking if she's in Mach-Na's Books instead of the Mages Guild, so it's never said.
-Kalthar has two entries under the MagesGuildTopic in MG00General, but only one ever shows up -- he has some commentary on necromancy that should check if the player is in the faction, but instead checks that the player isn't in the faction, despite having a completely different response under it that's never used about joining the guild.
-Jhared Strongblade should have some dialogue about Farwil before MS13, but the MSMiscToTT topic is never added; also in MSMisc, Fathis Ules has a recorded piece of dialogue under "greeting" in which he tells the player to move out of his way. From the looks of things, that at one point would have been his default greeting if you weren't in the Thieves Guild, but what I think it could still be used for is for the two days that he spends moping around Chorrol before MS16B begins.
-If the player completes MG03Illusion before MS05, Kud-Ei loses her essential flag, but the reverse isn't true. Also for MS05 -- there's a nearly-complete option unavailable; you were supposed to have been able to kill Henantier in his sleep, which would make Kud-Ei attack you, but Henantier is essential. Strangely, this doesn't have any effect on the Mages Guild recommendation -- if you yield to Kud-Ei or knock her unconscious, she'll allow you to speak to her about joining and allow you to complete the quest. Once the recommendation quest is over, she'll attempt to kill you again; if you attempt to fight back, you can only knock her unconscious, after which she'll leave you alone, though you can no longer speak to her.
-When Kud-Ei and Valus Odil were given the training options they needed, they weren't given any packages to offer services (Kud-Ei has TrainerDefaultWander, but never has a chance to use it).
-Not really an error as much as it is hilarious, but siding with Roland during MS23 and subsquently killing him will allow you to finish the quest for Seridur -- he'll leave Memorial Cave and return to the city, resuming his daily schedule, though wearing armor, and will give you the reward for killing Roland.
Nice to see that work is nearly done.
