I noticed that some of the bugs that are supposed to be fixed by the unofficial patch are still there. For example, Weatherleah isn't rebuilt after the Jemane brothers quest even though I got the quest update near the cave entrance. Also, Jirolin Doran in Chorrol stays near his house 24 hours a day without ever moving or doing anything. I have the 5th anniversary edition of Oblivion and the patch is version 3.4.4. I load it before all other esp files, as suggested. Did anyone have the same problem?

Did you start these quests before you loaded the UOP? If so, then the UOP may not fix them.
