Speaking of Pokemon... when is Black released?

Do you mean Black as in Pokemon Black/White or the Pokemon Black that was made up on the internet?
If you mean B/W, then It is coming out next month in Japan and around the same time as HG/SS for everyone else and if you mean the made up Pokemon Black, it'll (hopefully) never be released.

Also, I heard a rumor that they are putting R/B/Y on the DSi Store and Pokemon Stadium on the Wii Store. Does anyone know if this is true and if so, are they still going to do it? I hope they do, purely for the fact that it would be nice to revisit 1st Gen Kanto again as most people can't anymore unless they still have a gameboy.

I just seen the starter pokemon evolution and the Fire one is horrible, it form is OK but still bad compared to the others, the Water on is bad at first but the last stage is probably the best but kind of jumps the boat and goes from a weird snowball weasel looking thing to like a blue unicorn monster. The grass one is good, I don't care much for it's basic form but it's last 2 forms are pretty cool.

Oh yeah, Serebii has em. It's not 100% confirmed, but if that's what they looks like then it's good with me. I actually like the water and grass starters final evolutions. The fire? Not so much.

BTW, maybe try not to describe them. There are other people who don't want to know what the new Pokemon are until the games come out.

I heard those evolutions were fake.

The way I understand it is that someone posted it, then later someone claimed to have made them up but there's really no proof one way or another. The water evolution does look fake though, it doesn't look anything like the rest of the line. The 2nd evolutions of the grass and water lines do match up with those sketches from a while back, but they might have just cleaned the images up and colored it in.

I'm definitely getting Tsutaja if those are the real evo's.

assuming all of them are real then thats the one I like, but I just seen another evolution chain for the fire one, it's much better then the one from before but I guess I'll have to wait.

Just had a look at the evolve forms for the starters. They look fake to me (especially the fire starter's forms and all of the final evolve forms), probably because they look next to nothing like the other evolve forms. Even in the other games, there was a overall colour or distinguishing feature that is carried over each evolve form. Just my thoughts on the evolve forms although the grass and water starter's second forms look genuine.

That's what I'm thinking too. The water and grass 2nd stages match up with those black and white sketches that were leaked a while back perfectly, but that makes me think they're more fake than real. They have the exact same pose as those sketches, just clearer and colored. I don't think they usually do that.

If you look at the water's final evolution, his pose is strikingly similar to dialga's pose from diamond and pearl.
Edit: Also, fire piggy's final evolution looks a lot like Rhyperior crossed with Magmortar.

Anyway, even though I hope those aren't the actual evolutions, I'm fine with the piggy's evolutions. Having a luchadore pig would be fun.

Because we don't have enough cat Pokemon right...

Well, hopefully it's evolution is less ugly than Purugly. Then maybe I can use it and also stand looking at it...

Also something about Tabunne creeps me out. I can't put my finger on it, but I think the weird way it's standing has something to do with it...

Same here. None of the other cat Pokemon seemed as cool as Persian was.

Yeah, it really is butt ugly. I've heard rumors that the new feline Pokemon will evolve into a Dark type panther.

Persian was cool, but I wish it looked more like http://www.thecatzine.com/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/persian_cat3.jpg. You know, an actual Persian cat.

Normally I'd be happy about this, but I can't help but disregard it when taking into account that Famitsu has been handing out a lot of perfect scores to games that didn't deserve them in the past year. That's not to say B&W don't deserve the score, I simply don't have any respect for Famitsu anymore.

The only games I really don't think deserved a perfect score are Peace Walker and Super Smash Bros Brawl (because of the not great online). I haven't played Bayonetta, Monster Hunter Tri, or Dragon Quest IX but from what I've heard from everywhere else is that they're great games. I respect Famitsu's scores much more than any other reviewer, that's for damn sure.
