1) How will assassination be handled? Will you be able have stealth kills; such as in Crysis 2.
good question also ask if the PC can disguise himself like in FNV
2) Will there be multiple ways to complete quests?
you need to rephrase this - they have already mentioned this in a few ways -I would make the question more specific.
For example, you could ask about the Spanish Meristation magazine which reports that you can complete many quests in more ways than you could in Oblivion, and even the Civil War can be ended in different ways. Is this article accurate?
3) How will the factions be handled? Will there be be more factions then oblivion? Will there be branching quests in the factions?
good question, but keep in mind the definition of factions
there were 331 "factions" in oblivion, so I would ask "factions the PC can join" not just total number of factions.
Also, ask specifically if there will be multiple Arenas, since the Skyrim lore suggests multiple Arena teams for each city and Emil Pagliarulo was so upset about the scrapping of all the Arenas he painstakingly crafted with unique NPCs, quests and dialogue for every city in Oblivion due to space limitations on the Xbox disc.
Ask if the Necromancers, Dark Brotherhood, Bards College of Solitude, all three factions already confirmed by Todd Howard or other devs in previous interviews, will be joinable by the PC.
Ask if any of the factions described in Skyrim lore, such as The Horme Bandits, Whiterun Witches Coven, Synod, Volkihar Ice Vampire Clan, Haafingar Marines, will make an appearance and if they will be joinable by the PC.
Ask what are some of the differences between the Mage's Guild of Oblivion and The College of Winterhold, or Fighter's Guild vs. The Companions?
4) Do you believe the leveling system, along with the new skill system, allow for more customization?
this is a bad question. Of course he will say yes.
5) How will the AI of npc's be handled? Will they be as smart or smarter when you showed them for oblivion in 2005/2006.
Good start, but i think there might be a more detailed way to ask about this that might force more information
