Man - I forgot how long Northrend leveling is going to take. My quest are giving me 30k xp each and it's not even HALF of one bar haha...

Any advice on healing as a pally? Rotation? Talents?

Make sure you keep beacon up, and use Holy Light sparingly. Flash of Light is more than enough usually for heroics on trash, and on bosses HL yes is used. But use FoL mostly to conserve mana.
My lock is 6 bars from 72..GG..this is going to take a long time..I hate leveling..and there is so much XP required for Northrend leveling..sigh.

Most people Beacon the DPS that will pull aggro the most. That way, if you have to heal him, the tank gets healed also. But usually in 5 mans yeah.

They've added too many levels, if you ask me (which no one did).

Naw, I don't think that adding more levels is the problem, it's just that the content is stail to me now. I've already leveled toons to 80, doing it again is just lackluster. And as well it should be, this content is nearing 2 years old.
When Cata hits, I'll be happy to level my 80s to 85, it'll be new content, and fun. And from the looks of the Beta so far, it's going to be amazing.

For me, too many levels was definitely a problem.

Things might look a little different, but it's the same [censored]. Go collect 50 of this and kill 20 of this or deliver this to this place.

I'd rather have seen them just add more interesting dungeons and raids - while letting people just stay at 60... Doing that might have saved the old instances and raids - since it can be almost impossible to find people to do them anymore.

People on my server are constantly spamming "LFM BWL/MC/AQ40" in trade chat. :shrug: Lots of people still do them, including myself. I do every raid except for SSC and Karazhan in the game every week. I don't do SSC and Karazhan because well, Kara is just long and boring, and SSC, too many people are stupid and don't know how to kill Vashj, since it still requires strategy, or you'll wipe, I don't bother. I can't execute the fight correctly myself, others have to help. They just don't get the tainted core mechanic concept. "HJALP HOW DU I THREW IT 2 U?!?!/1/1/1/1"
But yeah, I think leveling gives a since of progression. I like that.

Any Fury warriors here, or someone familiar with Fury tanking? What should DPS know when grouped with a Fury tank?

I'll be running LBRS next weekend with a guild, and just need to know how the tanking works for them (I honestly couldn't tell you if I've run into any with LFD, the runs go so fast anymore). We started last week (and took a wrong turn, wound up in Upper, didn't turn out well at all), but he didn't really tell me much about his methods. Usually I try to /assist the tank whenever possible, but all I was able to notice was that in groups, he changed targets a lot, and it was a little too easy to pull aggro. I'd rather prevent that for next time :wacko:

My main is a fury warrior. Fury is a DPS spec, you don't tank. Protection spec is what warriors use to tank in. 0.o Why would he try to tank as Fury? That just doesn't make sense. That's just like a mage trying to tank at those levels. You take increased damage while in Berserker stance.

I made a video for you guys to demonstrate just how insane my server, Area 52, trade chat is. It's literally just stupid. And not stupid as in trolls, but stupid as in there are so many people actually spamming for groups, ICC runs, etc, that trade chat goes by so fast you can NOT read it all.

See, that's what I thought too. All he said was that it was better than Arms, which I already knew, even knowing nearly zilch about warriors and tanking. And to me, that wasn't much of an answer anyway.

I've heard other warriors say Fury is doable for tanking, and from everything I've read and heard, I've mainly gotten the impression that it's like a Ret pally tank -- possible in the right hands and in the right circumstances, but not preferable.

Hit level 55 on my BE Paladin and the first thing I did was a make an orc death knight. I'm gonna go Unholy with him and when Catacalsym comes out Blood will be there tank spec so I'll dual spec into that. Im already 3 bars away from lv58. :woot:
