EDIT:Mark for deletion, issue fixed by enabling steam cloud


So i've factory reset my PC to Windows 8.1, installed all the updates and drivers I need, and I launched Dishonored the way I did before:From the shortcut while steam was closed, logging in, and the browser was hidden. Now how this fixed the game before I have no clue, but it did and now it's somehow not working for me. Anyways, the problem at hand is I cannot even get to the main menu screen, all it does is crash after loading and sometimes it doesn't even load, it crashes after the Arkane Studios logo.
If someone knows how to fix any of this I would appreciate it.
