I've been playing FO4 for a couple hours without any major issues besides this. My pipboy menu screen is still coated in the black grime that the player half hazardly swipes away when it is picked up in the vault. It's very frustrating as I cannot see certain parts of the screen, mainly the bottom right where important item information is presented. I use Steam and have tried verrifing the integrity of the game cache with no avail. I've also tried starting new characters, but they all have the same awful, dirty, grime encrusted screen.

If anyone can help I would be appreciative as I have not seen anyone with a bug like this, so I'm open for suggestions.

That's a really weird one. I hope they fix whatever caused it for you...the best suggestion I have is to take advantage of one of the coolest new features - use the pipboy app on a phone or tablet. I barely use the one in the game at all.

Someone on the discussions is saying if you download the install the GeForce Experience it will fix the issue. Experience comes with all newer cards, so if you have an older one, I suggest giving it a try.
