Okay i know that my spec is lower than minimum requirement but just hear me out, with lowest setting i can run game at least at 30FPS while in openworld ( commonweath) but whenever i go to some place else such as Vault 111 or Museum or Factory my FPS start dropping below 30FPS so my question here is why is that because if i can run smoothly in openworld why its not ok someplace else?? i just hope it is performance issue of the game itself because for new gen game i can run Metal gear solid 5 and Mad max at high setting but with most feature turn off without any problem. BTW the game look gorgeous even with lowest setting.
