My Video Card called Mobile Intel 4 Series Express. It's a russian licensed version of Fallout 3. My operating system is Windows 7 64bit.

I'm runing the game. Starting new. And on loading screen Windows is terminating the programm. I need an advise: can i tweek Fallout or this is the end?

Most integrated video chipsets will not run a full fledged 3D game, even though they have some 3D gaming abilities.

In other words, until you can put a real video card in that rig, you will not be able to run the game.
