Untold Journey

During the http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Oblivion_Crisis, all of Tamriel was attacked by http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Mehrunes_Dagon http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Daedric army. Oblivion gates opened throughout all of Tamriel, and many cities were destroyed. http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Martin_Septim summoned the http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Avatar_of_Akatoshand defeated Mehrunes Dagon during the http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Battle_of_the_Imperial_City, ending the Crisis and preventing more gates from opening at least that was what we thought…

It’s the 21st of Last Seed, 4E 201; since the Oblivion crisis but before the Elder Scrolls; one that foretells the return of Tamriel’s primeval darkness Alduin. In all this time the only mention of any dragons were always written in books or told in children’s bed time stories. No one has ever seen a real dragon since Martin Septims great defeat, and well most people since that time are long dead except for one old notorious warrior whose hell from that era lives on to this day.

Shrouded in mystery and cloaked in Daedric Armor he makes his journey into Skyrim. For any who dare approach him he tells the untold story of a single white Dragon that can speak with words so cold it can freeze and shatter a Man’s bones with just one breath. He tells how this Frost Dragon is so old, so ancient that even the Dragon itself has forgotten it’s very own name. The warrior speaks of how the creature took his Wife’s life and how he has been hell bent on revenge ever sense. The warrior continues to answer all kinds of questions as to why no one else has ever seen the dragon or at least omitted seeing it. He tells them that the creature for the most part stays dormant and hidden until now. For some reason the creature has awaken and settled into Skyrim. Most people walk away from the warrior murmuring the word insane, but for the few adventurous ones who stay and listen, the warrior proves his story. He opens his palm and shows them a small purple pearl like shard that he claims is all that is left of a single sigil stone. Then he takes from his pocket a small round white dragon scale that came from the tail of the dragon.

Other stories start swirling around the towns and the inns of strange stone like structures being discovered all over Skyrim. Vigilant of Stendarr are scrambling around all of the towns asking questions about these old ruins and why until now have they never been discovered? It’s strange that this warrior shows up in Skyrim talking of a Frost dragon. Not to mention reminding us of the past hell the gates opening to Oblivion had, all awhile he holds in his hand a sigil stone shard? Is he telling the truth of a story of revenge or his he himself a Daedric Prince trying to reopen the gates to Oblivion???

This is what YOU Adventures must find out. Come be a part of the Untold Journey…

Shademyth, Dusk, Pelagia Farm

"This is your problem now, Shademyth. I'll go ahead for now, meet me at Whitewatch Tower when you're ready. And deal with the werewolf."

The warrior hadn't budged from his stance. The comment from Olaf rubbed him the wrong way but he chose to not give a response to someone obviously too foolish to respect their elders--or like Ayin, Shademyth would kick his butt. He took Sputnik off his shoulder and gave a curt order, "Follow" sending the bird after the Nord as an indication that he would return soon. The raptor shadowed Olaf and waited until the fight was over to land beside the man, preening at his feathers.

The half-daedra's eyes trained on the werebeast before him, not even when the killer had leaned inwards to make their exchange of words fairly confidential,

"I follow no Daedra im a Mercenary Assassin. From Hammerfell. I follow Anu. A god of chaos and darkness and the Daedra Prince's are my contractors. I go where ever they want me to go and fulfill Certain contracts for all the prince's. Anu is what you cal Sithis. He is no Daedra... No.. Not a daedra at all..."

Shademyth was intrigued by this mentioning of Sithis. His eyes narrowed at the sound of that name. He knew it, not by any personal means, but because of people he had worked with in the past. "So you're part of the Brotherhood then...". He too maintained a soft voice so only Ayin could hear...little did he know the woman parallel to him was in said guild. The old warrior knew of the workings of the Dark Brotherhood and back then he would have outright killed the Sanctuary; however, from what he recalled, something occured to make the sanctuary go south. Still he recollected his thoughts about the murderer, saving them for a more appropriate time whilst the Redguard finished his little story.

There existed a faint pause in his revealings, and a bitter tone to his words.

"That God who i have to follow just uses Everything for his return and...no never mind. Ive said enough. When you found me I had my memories lost on purpose. To track Phenix. She is to be a sacrifice to Padomay, and she is my last target. But as well Hircine wants her as well for breaking a oath and tricking a daedra. Either way I have to kill her but I do not want to. If you dont believe me look at my neck."

The ashen-skinned man shook his head slightly. It was hard to believe that a cold blooded assassin had a relationship with Phenix. But then again, if what he said was true, she was a traitor. When the dark skinned male pulled down his hood to show a familiar Oblivion mark embedded into his skin, Shademyth made an audible, "Hmm". It was an odd situation to be pushed into, but he found himself speaking on its behalf anyhow.

"You may have business to attend to...", he said to Ayin, took in a breath and looked at Phenix tiredly, then back to the Redguard, "But know that you owe me your debt first...Here, take some of this gold and buy yourself what you need and meet up with Olaf. I don't want to hear of you causing trouble, so do try to play nice Ayin". With that he dropped a decent sized bag of gold into the man's palm.

Honestly he didn't know what to feel about this guy from Hammerfell killing the one person who gave himself and the group food, housing, and even horses. By the looks of it all she didn't know what was coming, and Shademyth didn't exactly feel it was his place to inform her of her own demise. It all felt wrong. Torn between who he was and who he is now, the man furrowed his brows and tried to avoid thinking on the subject any further.

The incessant ache was holding his head in a throbbing grip, and only just started to fade away as he mounted Madji. "I...need to return to Whiterun to grab supplies. Phenix, would you accompany me?". For the time being he thought he'd get to know this woman more. If she had angered Hircine, he wondered what it was that she did. She didn't look like a Daedra worshipper, but more like a priestess or even a one of the lovely bards that played at the inn.

He awaited her reply, and had she accepted he would have started towards the market once more, the sigil shard repeating its melody in his mind and body all from behind the phantom screams of tortured souls. The need to give her something in repayment for her deeds was circling his thoughts, and he had the perfect idea in store.

Phenix, Dusk-Early Evening, Whiterun

I tried to calm Shadowmere by turning her on haunches and she continued to prance around for bit. When I got her settled down I noticed that Ayin had just told Shademyth something very quietly so I wouldn’t over him them. That sent a red flag immediately. I wonder if he told him that I was a werewolf, or worse yet part of the Black Hand. For Ayin to rat me out like this??? Not even Sithis could hold me back from killing him now!

The conversation between the two men was short and I still couldn’t help but notice that Shademyth wasn’t acting right. Clearly he wasn’t feeling very well as he kept rubbing his forehead. Well if he comes at me now at least I would have a small advantage over him.

He mounted up on Madji and rode over in my direction. Slowly I move my left hand down my side and just grip the very tip of my ebony blade as my right hand takes up the reins and I lightly squeeze them to signal Shadowmere.

I wasn’t sure what he was going to do next…

"I...need to return to Whiterun to grab supplies. Phenix, would you accompany me?"

“You want me to what?” Then just like that the fear melted away as soon as he said… Shopping…

“Yes I would love to come with you, besides you’re not looking all that well Shademyth, maybe you have a case of the raddles? I know the little alchemy shop next to Belethor’s store probably has something that can fix you right up, and she stays open late.”

As we rode side by side down the coble stone path towards Whiterun, all kinds of doubt and let’s just say a healthy dose of fear were swirling about in my mind. Was he really taking me shopping and why? Could this be a trick, is he going to have the Guards lock me up for being a werewolf if Ayin told him? This man that showed no interest in me since Falkreath NOW all the sudden wants me to follow him.

They say curiosity killed the Khajiit, let’s just hope it doesn’t kill the Phenix..

We arrive at the stables and I ask the stable boy to check Madji, and Shadowmere’s shoes. I throw him some coin and walk over to Shademyth. My instincts told me to pull out the old seductive charm once again on him to sway him back to my side before we get to the cities gate.

I toss my hair to the wind and do my sixy walk up to the warrior and slip my body underneath his arm. I get close as I can so I can feel his hard daedra armor pressed up against my soft skin.

“Here lean on me, let me help you,” my deep blue eyes sparkling against the torch light that the guard holds.

“I sure hope that idiot newbie guard is off duty he almost didn’t let me in earlier,” and I flashed Shademyth a smile…

Shademyth, Dusk- Early Evening, Whiterun

It was obvious the petite woman was nervous. She reached to her side to unsheathe her dagger but suddenly calmed down not too long after Shademyth spoke. That made him wonder if she knew what he did, if she had somehow overheard the dialogue. He silently doubted that.

“Yes I would love to come with you, besides you’re not looking all that well Shademyth, maybe you have a case of the raddles? I know the little alchemy shop next to Belethor’s store probably has something that can fix you right up, and she stays open late.” she stated, with some worry on her face. The warrior merely tried to give her a smile as if to tell her he was fine, and they soon enough returned the horses to the stable. The caretakers immediately checked the horses' hooves as they were requested to.

Phenix was, as always, gorgeous. Shademyth was watching her as she swung her hips and strode up to him, that look of seductiveness in her eyes. Nothing about her seemed out of place though his mind wandered back to what Ayin had mentioned; thus, the warrior had failed to noticed Phenix slipped underneath his arm and as close to him as she could possibly get, that is until he felt her body press against the side of his. He blinked a few times and looked down at her, and for a second time got lost her eyes. Literally. And he almost didn't care if he couldn't find his way back out--because looking at her brought him life.

"I sure hope that idiot newbie guard is off duty he almost didn't let me in earlier", she said as she flashed him a row of pearly, pristine teeth. For once the half-daedra let out a laugh, and even though it wasn't all as funny as he made it out to be, it was a long time since he felt himself enjoying life. Let alone coveting his current company-- a woman he barely met just two days ago at the most. He allowed himself to let her help him some, carrying most of his own weight for fear of squashing the blond or the Divines forbid, breaking one of her bones. A newly founded determination crossed his features as his mind started to focus on something else; however, he turned his alluring green eyes back to her.

"Phenix I...wanted to take this time to say "thank you". For everything. I apologize if I've come off as cold. You've been the first person in a long while that has treated me so generously" he spoke with a bit of hesitation, unsure of how she would take it as. They slowly made it up to the front gate and he paused for a breath or two before they went inside the gate, the new guardsman was getting some sort of talkdown by a superior officer and it lightened the pain Shademyth was feeling at the moment.

Grabbing the pouch of coin that Shade gave me, I clipped to to my side where my satchel used to be.

"Since all my items are broken thanks to that nord i have to restock again..."

feeling a bit annoyed I walked into the Honningbrew Meadery.

"Mallus Maccius.... I need herbs and poitions also leather to fix this armor phenix gave me."

"Ayin... uhh. ... yes yes sure... Uhm How is Ingun Black-Briar? Last I heard..."

"Mallus.... Sigh.. She's fine actually. Maven doesnt want her to be with me in public. Family busniess and all that. But boy can she make fantastic poison that can make a persons tongue rot out if secrets tend to spill. You know!"

"Ahh yea!.. Yea i know! Ah your items comming right up Ayin"

"Thanks. Ill tell Maven of your good work here"

Grabbing the items i need i filled my satchel as much as i can. Stepping out side I walk to the nords last steps of which i remember. Bending down i lay my hands on his foot marks and sniff my hand. "That way! About a hour walk to catch up to him." I stood up and placed my two hands in my mouth and gave a loud whistle. The horse phenix gave to me came trod-ding over and i grabbed the reigns and hopped on.

"Alright lets catch up to this guy..."

Phenix, Dusk –Early Evening, Whiterun

Walking beside him for some reason just felt right. I couldn’t tell you why it just did. Then when I heard him laugh and smile at my stupid guard comment I found myself even more intrigued with this warrior.

“Phenix I...wanted to take this time to say thank you, for everything. I apologize if I've come off as cold. You've been the first person in a long while that has treated me so generously."

“You’re welcome Shademyth. It was no trouble at all really. Having the Imperial luck on my side I always seem to find an extra coin or two, so why not pass it around. Plus you did kinda save my life in all. I would have been that dragons lunch if it wasn’t for you,” and my cheeks start to feel a little warm. “Or maybe I just want your bird Sputnik,” and I giggled…

The older guard recognized both of us right away and opened the cities gate once more to us.

“So Shademyth where to first?”

Shademyth, Dusk- Early Evening, Whiterun

It was true and there was no denying that he did indeed save her life. The daedric warrior smiled once more at her and looked up at the near empty streets of Whiterun as they entered close to Warmaiden's. The dwarven arrows he had purchased were still in their spot where he had left them, and Adrianne was working on another piece at her forge.

"Hmm...well I think a potion would be good for me. I meant to purchase a few things at the alchemy store" he said and as he tried to stand on his own his strength wavered again, and he caught himself against the stone entryway. He let out a strained breath and frowned.

"By Azura..." he said frustrated with himself. A large, hulking man couldn't as so much lift his own feet was a huge embarrassment, though he kept trying to push his weight away from the wall-- after some attempts he managed to keep himself at arm's length from the cold gray stone. The warrior looked to Phenix and then felt bad for her having to deal with him like this. "I'll be fine" he lied even though he had not to long ago admitted to needing a potion to cure what ailed him.

"The last time I felt this winded was against the Gray Prince in the Arena...heh. Bet you couldn't guess I was known as The Black Arrow...even had an adoring fan follow me around..." he half laughed as he was trying to focus on the Imperial woman who helped him here. "Some warrior I am" he joked sarcastically, and with a slight pained expression stilled his attention onto her entirely. He wondered how often she got told she was lovely.

Olaf, Early Evening, Whitewatch Tower

Olaf conversed with the two remaining guards at the outpost after helping them bury the bodies that were left from the skirmish earlier. The younger and less inexperienced guard went by the name of Sven and hailed from Riften, while his commander was a veteran of the Great War named Alof. The two were happy to share their rations with the warrior while they told tales of their lives to each other.

"So you're telling me that you got your ass kicked by a Khajiit monk in Daggerfall? Ha, ha, ha!" Sven bellowed.

The other two Nords laughed as well, Olaf in particular. The three gulped down their mead as Olaf prepared his response.

"Admittedly, yes, that was true. A word of advice: never, ever mess with Khajiit monks. Especially the Suthay-Raht, else you'll end up like me."

Olaf glanced at Alof, "Why don't you tell us about your service in the Imperial Legion. During the Great War, specifically."

"Yeah, sir. You haven't really talked about it," the younger guard said.

Alof scratched his chin, "I don't remember much about it but I'll try. As young Sven here knows I was with one of the legions that General Jonna commanded in Cheydinhal. Lord Naarifin had already seized the Imperial City, yet our dear Emperor was determined in taking it back at all costs. General Decianus was able to attack from the west and so Jonna sought to link up our forces with his. Unfortunately, we were met with stiff resistance from the Aldmeri reinforcements from Skingrad and Bravil. It took us a fortnight to reach the Imperial City and by that time our forces were cut in half. Many of the cohorts were left without commanders and thus command of our units were relegated to the inexperienced Optiones. Despite losing half our men, we were still able to surround the city by the time the Emperor and his army reached the northern section. Bands of guerilla fighters made it difficult to transport supplies and troops from Valenwood, so we were given enough time to capture Lord Naarifin. We broke through the remaining Aldmeri lines during the Winter of 175 and by then more than half our forces were annihilated. My cohort were among the first to reach White-Gold Tower and I personally saw Naarifin hang off the tower. Good riddance."

Ayin, Early Evening, Whitewatch Tower

After a few hours of riding the nords scent got stronger and stronger until i saw a guard out post tower at a close distance. Slowing down my pace, I see some guards roaming about and checking surroundings and to the right side i saw him sitting down conversing with other guards. Slowing down to a halt, i pat the horse on both sides and jump off her. seeing some herbs on the ground i picked them up and stuffed a few in my satchel. Pulling over my hood, I walk up to the company just close enough so i dont disturb them while they converse.

" I cought up to this guy guess i can sit here and wait for the rest of the people."

I look around and see that the sun going to set soon. "I wonder where should i place my head for a few hours tonight?"

Olaf, Early Evening, Whitewatch Tower

As Alof droned on and on about his days as a Legionary, Olaf spotted a familiar figure below. He or she seemed to have been wearing a peculiar set of robes... A'yin?

"Hey A'yin, is that you?" Olaf asked as he looked down at the figure. He held out a bottle of mead, "Get up here, drink some mead and share stories. Introduce yourself first, then grab a seat while we await for the rest of our friends to arrive."

Ayin, Early Evening, Whitewatch Tower

"Hey A'yin, is that you?"

"...."

"Get up here, drink some mead and share stories. Introduce yourself first, then grab a seat while we await for the rest of our friends to arrive."

" So when hes drinking he gets friendly!.. I should remember that for later."

Walking up to the group of fresh men I try to hold in my desire to hunt and sat down amongst them.

"Wolves in sheeps clothing!" The men all look at me and i chuckle a bit.

Grabbing the mead off of the nord who asked me to come over, i take a swig and hand it back to him.

"Ayin is my name and i hail from Hammerfell. This is the second time i visited Skyrim. What tales would you all like to hear."
