Nothing has been announced if that is what you are asking. Which doesn't mean yes or no, it only means nothing has been announced.
People on these forums that are not BGS employees, don't have any better idea than you.
Those that are marked in their profiles as working for Bethesda in some capacity will not answer a question like that (if they know the answer) until they are given the go-ahead from people higher up in the food chain.
Undercover BGS employees (if there are any) will not blow their cover even if they are authorized to talk about it.
So my answer is probably the best you are going to get.
Which brings up a question.
Have you submitted any bug reports through help.bethesda.net with enough information that would allow someone to have a reasonable chance to reproduce the bug?
If you haven't submitted a bug report through Bethesda's support site for a problem you are having, there is no guarantee that BGS is even aware of the problem.
And if a problem is reported, but they are unable to reproduce the problem so they can see the bug in operation, their chances of actually being able to find out what is going wrong is diminished.
In a bug report there is no such thing as giving too much information, but it is real easy to not give enough.
If I had to guess we'll hear something or get a patch by February.
Well, you are doing it the right way then.
On the stability front. This has been the least... er... ah... eventful BGS release that I can remember. Last time I purchased one of their games at release I swear I had crashes every 15 seconds. I am convinced that game did CTD's when my computer was turned off and I was in bed asleep. This time around maybe three times total?
All in good time.
Oh, and ... 'are we there yet...?'

The pattern for the first update was they put it out in beta for PC users first, let them pick it apart and figure out any unanticipated complications from it, and tweaked it a little before putting it out for the consoles. This way they only run the risk of breaking the game for a third of their players at a time.
