I was very excited to see the update as I had problems after the September sale (the game would crash after the Bethesda sign). So I left the game until the update (I tried to open it again but with same result), so when I updated the game I was able to get onto it but my vault had been deleted. I had bought 3 sets of 5 Mr Handy's (2 in September sale) and one set of 40 lunch boxes.

I did the same thing. Any other game that I deleted just loaded from the server and I am not in a position to absorb 60 bucks of game gear. Please help I had 7 handies and over 40 bucks of cards. And one day I had 38 guys in the field next day I was limited to 25. What made me delete and reload was the one explorer glitch.

Here are the dates and charges. 10/7 2x $1.08 and 2x$10.91. 10/8 $4.36; 10/9 $10.91 and $4.36; 10/13 2 $10.91 onex $4.36 as and three at $1.08. And finally on the 14th one charge of $21.84. And in case I forgot to post it Motorola droid turbo with android 5.1..

My vaults were at max capacity 200 lots of Mr handy and legendary weapons, outfits, and dwellers and lots of time. Contacted Google play I have $55 into this game and it's all gone.

Entire vault save has disappeared. This includes puchased lunch boxes and Mr handys.


I can still see remnants of save files in device folder. Last date says 10/13/2015.

How do I recover my save files and the purchases I made?

My vault is gone after my game auto updated. I had bought 5 Mr handys and 80 lunchboxes when they were on sale.

Same issues here. Had like $80.00 sunk into this game for lunch boxes and the update deleted it. using an Android, HTC 1. Don't even want the money back just refund the lunch boxes.
