Hi,as the title says.. when i'm in Sanctuary in playerbuilt home and go into workshop screen I fall through the floor and all the lights go off..on the second occurence of this I exited workshop screen and went outside to the switchbox for my house and flicked it on and off ,which seemed to fix the lights at least.The other issue i'm having is that when i go into workshop it immediately fully selects any object i'm looking at.I used to go into workshop and then actively press e to select something but now if i'm close to an object while entering workshop it selects that object immediately??

Lastly,for now,sanctuary is at 41 happiness with a green upward tick in my workshop,in the pip-boy however it reports 41 with no tick,indicating that it's static at that value?

Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache?
