A few days back I encountered the Underground Undercover "Warn Desdemona" bug. Went back to a way earlier save (thank you corrupted saves) to try and get around it. Before I made my second attempted I downloaded the latest upgrade last night. Tried it again (this time not speaking to Father first and going straight from the Institute to the Railroad HQ after being warned). Still encountering the same bug.

Out of desperation I also checked back into Malden Station on the advice that this might be linked to Glory. I hadn't seen her since the encounter in Malden and figured it made sense. I ran into some randomly hostile synths in the process, which was strange to me. But there was no sign of Glory anywhere in Malden Station. I've definitely given this enough time to let it work itself out as well. I even traced a path from the Malden Station to the Railroad HQ. Nothing.

Please, if I'm doing something wrong or can do anything to fix this, I'm all ears. Otherwise, no, this bug has most definitely, absolutely 100% not been fixed. This seems to be the case with a lot of other people on consoles as well.

P.S. You can confidently add "just kill everyone on the Prydwen first" to the list of moronic things the internet swears will work, but doesn't. I tried this just for good measure and had the same results.

I think you will need to reload from before you accepted the quest. I don't think the patch fixes apply when you have already encountered the bug, if this doesn't work you may need to start a fresh save for the fixes to apply.
