1.3 Update Load Times, LOD Manager Broken, Weapons aim.

Well I posted on the Load Times, thought it was an AMD issue apparently its an everyone issue. Initial loads of a saved game took 5-10 minutes, same with changing areas going indoors/outdoors. Removing my INI files giving it a try the results interesting. Load of a save is 4 minutes, Going indoors/outdoors 2-3 minutes same with fast travel. But still terribly slow compared to before the beta patch.

LOD manager is broken as I was running around downtown Boston and by the ocean trees started to materialize in front of me literally as they loaded in literally as I was 2-5 feet away from them, they do not show up all of a sudden its like they are being slowly beemed in as they render into game. I have a feeling the borked LOD manager has something to do with load times on some machines and or hardware configurations.

For the first time I had my weapon drawn gauss rifle fighting a deathclaw, it would charge but not fire, or just not fire, as it was drawn looking down iron sights it refused to get out of iron sights mode. As the death claw chased me around unable to fire it finally caught up to me picked me up luckily my power armor has the Tesla Coils and did the last bit of damage to it causing to make it let me go then my aiming went back to normal and I could use my weapon again.

Made sure I ran disk defrag before going back to the beta patch

Since I have an AMD R9 Fury X "Crimson 16.1" I have to run the game in Borderless Window mode 1920x1080 or suffer huge FPS Drops anywhere there are things like fire/lots of gouls like in front of the Cambridge Police station when Danse is out there and you show up, or downtown Boston. Almost everything on Ultra, God Rays High, HBAO+

Area where FPS have gone down the most Faneuil Hall to Swans Pond that entire area of Boston, The Hall out front where all the fire is, Swans Pond standing by the robot pod for the freedom trail start. Then that entire part of Boston all the side streets. My guess it has something to do with me being on an AMD R9 Fury X, I did not have that issue on my 780 TI or my Titan.

For all this Beta testing you are doing that should had been done in the past seven years, you really should put the cut content back into game and make it free Bethesda.
