Ah cool patch but they haven't fixed thieves guild glitch after loud and clear :( anyone with that glitch will have to make a new file to do that guild.

That actually addresses some issues that had me worried. A lot of the stability issues and interface issues were going to require some recoding, so I knew it was going to take them a lot of hours. So, while the list is short, they have done quite a lot with it.

Here's hoping it fixes the focusing problem with the mouse cursor in the GUI, and that it really does a good job updating the keymapping.

I'm glad they fixed the texture glitch. I'm sure theres some minor bug fixes in there like the giant bug. I'll have to text out some known ones on Wednesday to know for sure.

What do these mean?? Some specifics would be lovely. "General functionality fixes" doesn't really tell us anything.

This list doesn't mention any fixes for the 8 thousand glitched quests? They can't be serious?

They aren't going to fix surface level stuff like quests, balancing, or other features until the interface and the engine are running smoothly guys. They can't. You can't fix a glitched quest if you can't even be sure that a glitch in the GUI or the engine is causing problems in the first place. They will get the core code running properly, then they will get the fun stuff.

Priorities guys.

Thank God. That rare animation bug for sleeping NPCs would have totally ruined my immersion if I'd ever seen it.

I just got a 92MB patch update prompt on the PS3 in North America, but it listed the version number as 1.02, not 1.2

I was really expecting a Lydia fix; can't marry, doesn't level up properly (along with some other followers)...

I wonder how many undocumented changes there are....

Either way this should be called version 1.02, not 1.2.

This is clearly just an emergency patch to fix the biggest problems. Give them time to fix the rest of the game.

Sure, making the engine running smooth is important but I am disappointed that they didn't fix at least some quests.
Do I dare hope for a quest bug fix patch pretty soon?

not really a bug i dont guess but i wish they would make the house chests items i put into it have different categories like the inventory has like weapons, apparel, food ect... because i keep tons of items in it and its a pain to scroll down the list to get to the items im wanting to take out. glad they fixed that stuff though although the only one ive experienced was 1 dragon not giving me a soul. man i hope i dont come across no quest glitch that will make me have to restart my game that would svck so bad. i try to keep a few diff saves in case i have to go back though. thanks for the patch bethesda looks good its downloading now.

They have to take care of some core issues first. Otherwise, the wait would very lengthy and the most critical problems would linger.

ESC button can now be used to exit menus (PC)
Fixed occasional mouse sensitivity issues (PC)
General functionality fixes related to remapping buttons and controls (PC)

Makes sense to me, and I can finally map the keys how I want without UI or gameplay annoyances, finally.

Can't find any exact specifics of the patch, but I'm sure its out there. I need to eat lunch!

Europe already has the update for all platforms.

/agree

Much as I'd like to see other kinds of fixes, first I need to be able to count on getting the dialogue response I've selected.
