It seems so as I also have Fallout New Vegas (RU), although it's English version, and I haven't received the newest update yet.

Cenega/1C version again with month delay?

I don't know buddy, I think for russian we again screwed=((( But I received update because I long time ago fully deleted New vegas 1C version from my PC and account and download FULL US original version, so I don't have anymore problem with "delay patch & DLC". I try connect with 1C support, but everytime when I asked about this, all my post & topicks at once deleted & removed from site. Also I try connect with e-mail, but don't received any answer=(

Wth, I saw dev saying it was due for Friday (360) and on the Fallout Wikia, it says "Between now and Thursday"

Yes it does, but yes they have. New versions of both are available.

Just a heads up, there's some FormID chages that may mess up some mods. Still my 100+ plugin load order doesn't seem to have any obvious issues.
