Updating my old Pc : IV

I look to update my nonfunctional amd 4400 (939) 4gb ram. Updating Motherboard CPU RAM

The parts will be used with a 8800gtx, 750watt PS and 2x 320gb hard drives raid 0.

I am looking for amd or intel no more then $520.I would like 8Gb of ram. Thank you! Your thoughts and builds?

Less than your budget. Save the remaining towards a better video card as you get more funds. $175-$300 is good for a powerful cards these days.

lol thank That is the same build I was looking at before posting. I was think of getting aftermarket cpu cooler. We love newegg
