While it isn't too much of a big deal, it can be a bit troubling if I want to scroll through console commands when looking for a certain ID.

On the internet I've read that it tends to be an issue for laptops, and I do play on a laptop.

That said, I tried several things. I pressed Numlock, pressed Fn, changed the language of my keyboards, but nothing seems to work.

I'm not certain if this is posted in the right thread, my apologies if not. But are there any possible solutions?

Page up/down are not the arrows. On my laptop keyboard, they look like arrows pointing up or down with horizontal lines in them.
