I remember in One Video a guy was supplying Tenpenny Security with Enclave armor, so I was curious to know if the same could be done for Rivet City's security, since their Combat armor is really weak. If I do this, which armor should I epuip them with, the bsic Enclave armor, the Tesla armor, or the Hellfire Armor? Or maybe I can do a combination where Named Security Officers have Hellfire and Generic ones have Tesla armor.

I'm not certain what you're asking, but I'd go with the basic armor.

If they have generic names, they respawn, so it does not matter if they die. If they do die, then you have to give the replacements new armor.

There is only one quest where the Rivet City Security have any kind of fight, and they are scripted to lose. They might not even be Rivet City, but just dressed the same way.
