I bought the house in whiterun,and i want to upgrade it a bit, but I dont know who to go to. I went to the same guy I bought it from but he doesn't have the option to upgrade it. So I was just wondering if anyone could tell me who I go to to purchase upgrades and where I can find him. Thanks
