Here's the deal:

While watching the teaser site over and over again, I noticed I couldn't help but to be reminded of Nikola Tesla's Wardenclyffe Tower project when examining the recurring art about the tower-building. There are many differences, but it especially reminded me of the popular picture with the building pictured in front of the large tower (which it, as I understand, isn't). In the art the building is around the tower, and seems substantially larger than the real one.

Anyhow, I was wondering if this just might hint on the area used in V13?

For the record, Tesla's Wardenclyffe Tower project was based on Long Island, New York.

Terribly sorry, I managed to forget the link while fixing something else in the post . I'll edit it up now.

I also noted that the real-life tower is much smaller, but it'd seem to be exactly the same shape as the one seen on the teaser site, excluding the building, of course.
