I call shenanigans.

Look at where the end of the "book mark" is in all 3 pictures and then look at the upper left hand corner of the cover. You'll see that the book has not been rotated.

Wabbajack Wabbajack Wabbajack Wabbajack Wabbajack Wabbajack....

You could just... remove the cover, flip it, and then glue it back on.

Of course... How can we be so sure you didn't take an image of the book opened and upside down, and then closed right-side up? We need video evidence.

Same thing happened to me with my Guild Wars collector's edition.

Not coincidentally, that's the last collector's edition I ever bought, not just because quality control svcked, but because I didn't like the game at all and wish I knew that before I spent the money.

If this is true, it could be a very rare copy of the book.

I worked in a book publishing house one Summer, it is surprising that even more books do not come out like this.

One of my Star Wars Roleplaying rule books is like that. It never bothered me. I always tbought it made the book unique and a one-off. That and None of my friends could jack it; made it easy to recognize it as mine.

Don't try and fix it, leave it as is. It's awesome.

I guess my biggest dilemma is if I should take the map out of the book ...

I call shenanigans.

So help me, the next person that says shenanigans is getting pistol whipped.

Also, OP wouldn't have this issue if he/she lived in Australia.

Agreed, if not shenanigans, oddities like this become the best collectors pieces.
