You have your own bed and 5 storage containers
Area to enchant and create spells
Can teleport to Frostcrag Spire or Shivering Isles or even to Arcane University if you need to see midas.

Now even having your own bed you might have to share it now and then with one of the female merchants. Don't know why but sometimes they go for a walk all the way to the other end just to sleep :facepalm: . Its ok, i got them on a tight schedule, so I'll leave it how it is atm.


Usage and Readme file
Add both files to you Oblivion/Data Folder then activate the esp. You'll receive a spell on starting the game, allowing you teleport right there.

Requirements
None - should work fine with any mod that does not block the portal at IC Markets, even if it did you still have a spell to get there. Works fine teleporting to Frostcrag Spire or Shivering Isles with or without the DLC, but is preferable to have them

Tested with fresh install no patches
Tested Patched and DLC
Tested OOO & MMM

No permanent changes are made to the game, just deactivate the mod and it will be back to before having it. If you would like to use the content please contact me
