I've downloaded Wakim's Game Improvements, and found myself a Brittlewind fix. For some reason it has stopped working, so I've decided to just removethe spell. Does Brittlewind have any use in game? I just would like to know incase I delete it, and I break some part of the game.

If I remember correctly, the spell is not normally used in the game.
But you likely just need to adjust your load order, and the fix will work correctly. That is much safer than deleting a spell from your game.

Brittlewind is used by Fryse Hags or whatever the frost witches of Solstheim are called.
