Use of an esm to share resources crash the CS

Hello. Here is my problem :
I want to share a common resource I created in several small mods. Things like token, ingredients, misc items, and so on. It is a medium sized file (1.8Mb)

I followed the same procedure as Oblivions CS or the geck, so I made an .esp with the items and converted it to an .esm to use it as a master for the .esp, so I can find and the resource in all the subsequent .esp and use the same item in game with any of the .esp loaded.

The problem is the CS loads the .esm and allows me to change things. Then it saves save the newly modified .esp but sometimes I go to sleep and the next day, as soon as I reopen this modified .esp it crashes the CS.

I don't want to include the resources in each .esp because it would not be the same overall, and none of the .esp would be small anymore but inflated of 1.8Mb each time.

What did I wrong ?
I've read somewhere in morrowind CS an .esp can use another .esp as master if the fake master is loaded before the one using it's content. Could this solve the issue ?
I suppose it is something simple but I am not familiar with the morrowind CS and the documentation is hard to find now.
