Use Nifskope to Fix a Mesh?

I am using Max's Windows Glow mod as an integral part of my own (new city) mod, but there is a glitch in the ex_nord_house_04 static that causes a portion of the house wall to show as BLACK instead of the normal wall color. This has been bugging me for some time now, and I'd like to fix it, if possible.

This is what the original house looks like:

This is the Windows Glow version, with the black section of wall (it's on both sides of the door):

A few years ago, I used Nifskope to fix a similar glitch with the wood trim on the Windows Glow ex_common_tavern_01, but I've completely forgotten how I did it. I don't want to read through a whole manual or tutorial just to fix this one thing, so would someone be able to point me to some specific instructions that would tell me how to do this? Or better yet, just tell me, if it's not too complicated? That would be a big help! Thanks.
