I noticed that before certain textures looked much better than they do now. It seems some of them have become ridiculously blurred. I don't know if its the patch causing it or new AMD drivers.... but it's very saddening to see.

The same NPC in two different screen shots. In the first you can clearly see markings and details in his armor, in the second everything is just blurred out!

Did you look and see if any of your settings in the launcher had been changed? Also this is in the wrong section, it should be in:

> V - Skyrim

No I have not changed anything in the launcher, all options are on high or ultra.

No, the patch didn't do anything but encrypt the TESV.exe file and force you to load Steam to play. The EXE replacement DID reset your settings, though, you should doublecheck them (and if it is a glitch poking around in the graphics settings may fix it).

Check if you've enabled FXAA in the options. This does blurry the look a little bit.

Update: Sorry, just watched the screenshots. These are definitly not the same textures, so FXAA does have nothing to do with it. Maybe texture-quality was lowered?
